Work

Up to about 20k words on my new novel.

And have a new job. Start on Monday. Don't even get to sit around watching Austrlia play the rest of the world in cricket over the ext few weeks. Damn it. Oh well

And my sister came back from China. She loved the country and the people but hated teaching and was sick...

And finally... I was in Brisbane on Friday for the job interview. And I was walking past the Performing Arts Centre just behind two people. There was a big banner hanging from the wall advertising "Mazart's Marriage of Figaro", Performed by Queensland Opera. Nothing funny about that, but I heard the woman in front of me say to her companion-- "Apparently it has a lot of Mozart music in it." I nearly fell over laughing.

That's all.
